lwing227 Hello, I just received the free people dress I purchased from you. (Thank you so much for prompt shipping!) however when I went to try on the dress I saw there were two large holes in the one seam. I’ve taken pictures of them I can send you if you like. I’m not sure how you would like to proceed I can return or maybe see what repairing it might cost.

aschmk @lwing227 oh no! I completely understand if you want to go through posh to start a return. No hard feelings. I didn’t see any holes in the dress but the fabric is so busy that it was maybe camouflaged or maybe just over looked. I’m sorry for the oversight! 🙏🏻

I was happy to help and directly send you money for repairs but since you want to do the refund through posh I think you should just go through posh to get your money back if unhappy with your purchase. No hard feelings, it’s just going to be easier for both of us 💗🙏🏻
