guilluca Hello, I just saw that you gave me a rating of 4 stars because if the packaging, I do not what was wrong, maybe because it did not bring the tissue paper of the same color excuse me but now with the pandemic it has been difficult, stores do not have things and in others It is too many people online and what happened is that maybe your package has the tissue paper if different colors or maybe I have not been, very sorry if it was only for the packaging, Hope you understand

I gave that rating mainly because when the box came, it was crushed inwards slightly and there was excess room in the box which could’ve potentially damaged the shoes if the box had been crushed further. Fortunately the shoes weren’t damaged and I’m happy with them! I’m a little new to poshmark so I don’t know if it’s even in my power to change the rating at this point but if I can I’d be happy to give you 5 stars since you followed up with me.
