Hey! I'm Danielle- a 23-year-old American living in Israel. With shipping support from my mom, I've been selling on my Poshmark remotely for over 5 years. lizardshops Hey Danielle, I saw you asked me about host picks! I think everyone has a different process / strategy, but if I'm in the mood for a host pick, I usually attend the last party of the day (7PM pacific, 10PM eastern) and make a point to share each host's available listings. Some closets are HUGE. Last night two of the girls had about 1300 listings. I shared at least 800 items from one of those closets and that girl did NOT give me a host pick...

lizardshops I was so exhausted by the end of that closet that I only shared about 20 or 30 items from the last host's closet and she ended up being the one who gave me a HP. I also comment on their "Meet the Posher" listing or if they have one, their party announcement listing. I wish them luck and try to compliment something unique about their closet...

lizardshops I usually don't "ask" for a host pick, but I did last night. This strategy almost always work, I'd say I have about an 80 to 90% success rate with getting at least one HP when I do this during an evening party. You can also try during the 12PM / 3PM party, but that party has a much smaller following so it's not as helpful as far as exposure...

lizardshops Some Poshers also share their Posh-compliant and on-theme listings directly to the party hosts' closets, but I know a lot of Poshers / hosts really don't like that so I typically don't go that route unless a host specifically asks / instructs people to do it. Hope this helps! 💕

annasposhalley @daw12021996 💕 Hi D, Host picks... I am on tag lists that tag me in a hosts party listing, which i then like, to keep in the loop. the party listing is there to congratulate them & read the description (for instructions on how to get a host pick) most do not look for HPs until they know the theme about 1 week before party date. Its all about following poshers & party listings & sharing!

annasposhalley @daw12021996 what works for me is. Like the party listing, comment Congratz & that you wld love them to take a peek in your closet for an HP. then i share about 20+ items fromt heir closet, to get noticed. When they drop the price on their party listing, i share it & also share more items in their closet, again to get noticed. Its kinda like i am helping them & i get rewarded with an HP at their party. kcspicker15 I bought the Nicole Miller chambray wide leg pants from you as a size 6 that you described fits true to size..The tag that shows size 6 is a fake and sewn in, the pants are actually a size 14 you knew that is why you refused to answer questions for the waist measurement. Which is 33” It’s too late for me to do anything so you won’t hear from me again. I just want you to know I know and I had cancer that’s why I just found out.
