megg1234 Hi there, i just received your review, i am terribly sorry for your disappointing experience with the shoes. I didn't see any marks them when I carefully wrapped them. The only blemishes that I saw was just the way the sc suede was brused. I truly do my best to provide information on any/all issues. Again i apologize if i missed it and super sorry you weren't totally happy.
