j_beane Hey there. I have a question. I made a sale yesterday. 2 hrs later the buyer wanted me to cancel the order. She said she was trying to wait for a counter offer then said she didn't wear that size anyway. I guess it doesn't matter but she didn't submit an offer. I lowered the price publicly and she purchased. I didn't know until today she had 3 hrs to cancel but she said she couldn't now wants me to. Do I cancel this order or is there another way? Wasn’t sure since shirt and shoes or shirt and pants were different sizes if that was an issue. So people like to see things bundled like that or not? Just in sizes

soriag @lindsey8701 typically, selling in bundles makes sense when items by themselves would probably not sell, or sell for smaller price than the shipping charge. Folks don’t really buy one item if the price of shipping is equal or less than the cost to ship. If you are going to offer bundles I would recommend the items be the same size

lovepeaceorange Hi, a few questions: first, what does "Posh compliant closet" mean? Can't find that info. Also, what are the size rules for Plus Size parties? Some plus size stores start at 12-13. XL does not count but 1x & up does, yes? Finally, is every boutique item required to have a tag? Can new/like-new pieces also count without tags if they're nice handmade jewelry, good clothes from freelance designers, & knitted clothing/accessories? How about great vintage items from the 60s-70s: are tags required?

One thing I’ve learned is WHEN u share is important. Share during party times, but the trick is, share Ur items to Ur followers, not the party. Others share Ur items to the parties already. Target folks looking at the newsfeed. I gave this advice 2 many others & they have seen a difference in their sales, I hope it helps you!

soriag @staceystuff you rearrange your closet by sharing backwards. Means that what you share first will be at the bottom of your closet, and what you share last will be at the top of your closet

On rearranging, I was hopeful we could click and drag somehow to group items a little more easily. 🤔 My Posh Stats said I needed to share 5000 community shares, and I had been sharing like crazy and didn't make much of a dent. I have looked through the wholesale marketplace and see most things come in either a single item or just a 3 pack, which seems very expensive to me, the cost, I dont know how I could sell the item(s) and make any money at all, considering the prices.. do you find other wholesale markets outside of poshmark to be as expensive as well? Also, you must follow people, you will get followers back and that increases your chances to sell items. That is what I would work on first 😊

I have a bundle deal in my closet and I’ve had a few people create bundles but haven’t followed through on them. I’m sure a lot of people do this, but how have you dealt with this to make customer happy, not be obnoxious, but also make sales? Thanks in advance!!

soriag @mer_ellison having an automatic bundle discount did not work for me because buyers get the discount as soon as they add the items to the bundle. and then they don’t buy it waiting for you to offer even a cheaper price. if they don’t buy the discounted bundle, or make a counter offer, they were not that interested in the pieces, in my Opinion

soriag @beatrix162534 From my experience, if a new item cannot be listed for less than 50 to 60% off of the retail price, and expect to sell it for about 75 % off of the retail price, you’re probably not gonna be able to sell that item. 😕 just my experience, I am sure things may be different depending on the type of item and how trendy it is . sunnybluz Mosa... I am new to selling, and I know it’s important to share listings. I also know there is a way to share more than one listing at a time. Something to do with clicking in the corner of more than one and it must highlight or something? On our Facebook page others are hoping to find out how to do the listing this way as well, it would be so much easier than one at a time. soriag @jennicole94 Remember that the shipping cost is high here on Poshmark, for items that are under $20 is probably a good idea to sell them as a bundle, or at least that is what I do. People don’t want to pay $7 shipping for a $12 item 😊 I hope that helps!

mctocco Gloria, I made a mistake and hope you can help. A buyer newish to Poshmark made an offer. I accepted. Then I noticed she had made an offer on another item as well. I cancelled the first sale in order to bundle the items and save her shipping. But the first item is still marked "sold" and I am not able to bundle it. Do you know when the "sold" designation will be removed? Thank you!

sebed35 You say you work 8 hours a day in Posh. So what is being sold is income that needs to be reported as income I mean you report as your income. Or is just extra money? How does it work in Posh?

I want to rearrange the items in my closet but can’t figure out the mechanics of doing that. I want to group all dresses together. Then, when I decide to have a sale, I would want to group sale items together & put sold items at the bottom of my closet. Can you walk me through how to regroup my items?
