theposhoasis Hi, Jordan. I’m Sarah Conder. Question for a more experienced Ambassador. I have a customer who ordered a blouse. When I started packaging is noticed a flaw. I informed the customer and offered her her choice of an item in my closet on my dime. She really wanted the particular brand and I’m sold out of that brand. It’s been over three days so she can’t cancel. Is there anything I can do on my end or do I just have her turn it in to Poshmark as say not what she ordered? Thank you.

I know I did it before by clicking a circle on each item and then going too share and clicking followers. I can’t figure out how to get to the screen with the open circles again though. Dumbfounded!
