johnja14 @lifeasamagpie hello! I had bought a backup coat. Then our shared seller finally responded (as you saw). PM customer service said I couldn’t cancel due to the holiday extension, despite this situation. Then I got an alert saying the coat you have had shipped. So I canceled the backup order
