Clothing is stored on hangers and will be steamed/ ironed before shipping. Shoes can be sent in box by request only. Pets/pet hair will not have contact with your items. *I am a quick shipper however I don't have a printer at home so if you place an order past Friday evening I won't be able to ship until Monday.

lotuss90 Hey can you ask you something.. it's about my first sale.. they bought a Cardigan but when I went to check their profile it says it doenst exist.. just not sure what to do. Do you receive the payment after you ship the item or do they have to accept that is was shipped?

raq_n_roll @lotuss90 they release payment to you once it's delivered and they accept. Look at your sales and see what that says. I'm not sure you can see what other people purchase from their profiles.

lotuss90 @raq_n_roll do they have to accept it? I'm just worried because they didnt comment on the item or ask for offer or anything. They just bought it and I tried to click on their profile and it says unfortunately this profile doesnt exist.. so I'm just worried to send it and maybe they wont accept the order and wont get the payment I cant comment to them or see their profile

raq_n_roll @lotuss90 oh the profile is gone now? That is a bit strange. BUT, I just looked and Poshmark says the buyer has "3 full days from the time of delivery to inspect and accept the item. If they do not actively release your payment and have not reported an issue, we will automatically release your earnings on the 4th day after delivery."

raq_n_roll @lotuss90 So if they sent you the label for the sale I would say it's safe to ship it and you should get your money! I also think I remember reading that Poshmark takes payment when they purchase your items they just don't release it to YOU immediately.

lotuss90 @raq_n_roll oh ok thank you so much! Ill go ahead and ship it to them, just was worried since I cant see their profile or talk to them. Is there anyway to not have the return address on the shipping label? Or is that mandatory? Is that ok to have our personal address on the label?

raq_n_roll @lotuss90 I wish there was a way to hide your address! I don't think you can. I personally use my boyfriends work address. :)

forever1972 @raq_n_roll hello, I went to staples to confirm status on the package. they claim that the post office picked up the packages for Thursday thru Saturday. they think that the post office has probably not scan the item yet. will call the post office.
