lifesizeb4rbie @toryshop hello! This brand runs pretty small. I am a U.S. 2-4 depending on the brand. I am a 34-B 130 pounds currently. All of the dresses I have in this brand are the U.K. Size 6. I would suggest to go a size up from your normal size. It's very tight in the chest and zipping these up is hard. I hope this helps. And I pray that you are healed and have a speedy recovery!
