monroebardotmoi @seangregory aww, thank you! That is so sweet! Truth is, when I started out, I was terrified too! I really hated the thought of other people looking at me but I kept at it & sure enough, it didn't even matter. I became so focused on what I was doing & hitting my goals that my kickboxing gym has actually become my happy place, haha. I definitely encourage you to go for it! It took me awhile to find a workout I enjoy, but I don't regret it at all! 😊 thank you again for the kind words!

seangregory @monroebardotmoi You're welcome dear! I usually don't leave comments but I saw your pic with the bags. My friend actually owns a boxing gym and he's been trying to get me in there for ages. Of course I tease him and say "so you think I'm fat?". He really thinks I would like it. I am actually pretty active but in a passive way like playing golf and walking my dogs etc. I think I'm quite a few years older than you though so I'll have to start slowly, lol.
