renesme09 @preeti_cases Hey there beautiful! It's great to put a face with the lovely posher who has sold me a gorgeous phone case!! I love the case i have but I'm looking for a change already. Anything new for the note 5? I don't see many cases out there for this phone so it's kind of a bummer to own it, but I can't imagine having any other phone. Keep me updated if you have any to sell :) a wallet case would rock or even a nice slim case pretty pink with gold. Pretty specific hehe

preeti_cases @janimack7 : Thanks for getting back to me love. 💞 Okie, so I've never has problems with shipment. I can't seem to get in touch with Poshmark it has been a couple days, but an items has been sold more than a week ago and it says that it hasnt been shipped and that the package sent to the address was undeliverable and that it's being forwarded.

preeti_cases @janimack7 : I don't understand. Is it being forwarded back to me? And if it's lost by USPS, then how do the buyer & seller get our money back. Clearly the buyer's address was incorrect. What should I do? I had already contacted Poshmark and heard nothing so far.

janimack7 Sorry for the delay in responding... That is odd...it says it hasn't shipped, yet it says the package was undeliverable.... Something definitely isn't right. POSHmark takes a few days to respond. If you contacted them late in the week, my guess is they will get back to you Monday or Tuesday. I believe it would be forwarded to your address. Keep me posted... I would go ahead and send them another email tomorrow morning. How frustrating!

janimack7 Being priority mail, they should be able to track it. It seems if the USPO states "it wasn't deliverable" and are "forwarding" it must not be lost. If the address of the buyer was wrong, that seems it would be on her and you should either get the item back, or if the package is lost, be paid.💞
