sweeti @_fastlane that varies. Typically you see results with the very first wrap, in some form or another. I saw results immediately, and continued to for 72 hours. I do continue to wrap, once a week. This week I did my arms, lol. But results are normally seen after the first wrap. The results can last up o 6 months or longer depending on your life style. You can wrap every 72 hours to achieve desired results :)

sweeti @closet_405 as a loyal customer you are committed for 3 months, to any one of the products. Doesn't have to be a box of wraps, could be something smaller or less $$. However, as a loyal customer, you get perk points wit each purchase, that can be used toward future products. And after 3 months, you get free shipping with each purchase. Of you choose to just buy a box of 4 wraps, and not commit to 3 months ( which I completely understand) the cost is $99 plus tax and shipping.
