I've been selling on Poshmark for over two years now and I LOVE IT!
I have a ton of clothes that no longer fit (down 50 lbs!) or that I just don't wear anymore. I'm also horrible at buying when I see it and NEVER wearing it, so my loss is your gain!
I'm a fitness freak, spending as much time as I can pounding pavement training for marathons or cross training in the gym.

@lisasandler I did some cardio but still ate horribly! My fiancé is a personal trainer and when I met him, he introduced me to strength training and made me start eating right 😆

Hi, good for you, you did it the right way, I'm 20lbs overweight but I keep looking for a quick fix. I'm a junk food eater. I have 3 kids and they all eat healthy and workout all the time. Did you workout when you were heavy? Just looking at you motivates me to do something 😀 I like to much🍰🍟🍪🍭🍦. How long did it take you? You look great👍

@lisasandler aww thank you!! Those are my downfalls too! I have a major sweet tooth 🍩 I used to do some cardio when I was heavier but you can't exercise a bad diet, it won't get you anywhere. I had to cut out a lot of stuff I was used to eating/drinking. I haven't had fast food or a soft drink since May of 2014. I completely cut out sweets for a time for about 6 months.

@lisasandler The weight loss came in bursts but my most recent progress, which has also been my most steady progress, started in June 2013. I met my fiance in March 2014 and that's when everything really kicked into high gear with the diet and exercise 💪

@lisasandler oh my God I fluctuate all the time!! I don't give a s**t what that scale says anymore and I love it 💕💕 that took some getting used to with me but I realized muscle weighs more than fat and as long as I'm seeing my strength increase, I'm happy.

@lisasandler and yes! I still eat sugar, but I try to limit myself because I know how I'll feel afterward. I do take supplements, especially fat burners and those are a butt kicker... They kick up your metabolism and help you burn fat

Hey girl! Good for you!!!💗💗💗Working out with weights is the SURE way to tighten up and lose weight! Great job! I live in Jax, Fla but used to go Sarasota, St. Armands Circle, Siesta Key all the time! To me, its one of the more beautiful places in Fla! You have a great closet and I'm going thru it now!!💗 I used to bodybuild (&won!) and know the importance of proper eating habits as well to go along w/strength training. You've achieved it girl!!!💗💗

@dz_xb Well GREATTTTT! Competing might be scary at first, but it will get to be alot of fun as it goes along! You'll meet some really great photographers (really! Good guys) and some snotty girls too! But, all in all, its a pretty goof community. Like here on Posh. Pretty supportive. Sugar...yeah, tough. But once you do cut down, you wont miss it. When I was competing, Tony Little and I were hanging out. You know where he lives, not far from you. We still talk.

@dz_xb I still talk to him and I need to visit soon. He was in Mr. Fla and WON! I won Ms. Florida back then and once you win that things start opening up for you. That should be your goal in the next couple of yrs. Start out locally. I eventually won the Superbowl of America blah blah blah. Led to small part in movies, modeling, etc. Beat Cory 2 times. Then...there was DIVORCE! I left him and went back to my business. I was a stockbroker. So...always have something to fall back on!

Congrats~ you look great. 👏👍 I lost about 60lbs about 10 years ago. I gained close to 30 in the past 3 years because of health issues and recently lost 20. Its a constant battle! But I love seeing people on their journeys doing it the right way. Good for you and good luck~🙌💪😊

@belladoc thanks!! I've actually taken a few fit burners .... Shredz, Cellucor C4 and Evlution Trans4orm. They gave me a ton of energy and made for some insane workouts. I stopped taking them because they made me break out so badly 😕

@belladoc my favorite was probably the Cellucor C4 - once I stopped using those, I started drinking Cellucor C4 pre-workout - amazing flavors (orange dreamsicle, pink lemonade, icy blue razz) and they work just as well as the pills but don't cause me to break out! and it helps me drink more water during the day!

Hi! Congrats to you on your weight loss! I think people that can find the determination and motivation to lose weight are amazingly strong willed! I have none of that😢 I'm trying to lose my winter layer before summer hits. This is going to sound really silly and vain after reading all of the success stories here but, any advice on how to lose a quick 5lbs? I'm 45 years old and it seems to get harder and harder every year. Any tips?

@randie21 thank you so much! I would definitely start by cutting out any soda and candy/chocolate. You'd be amazed at just how much of a difference that can make! The rest is just making sure to eat right, cutting out any super high fat/high sugar foods and getting enough protein! And lots of water throughout the day! Good luck!!
