What a cool journey for you! BodyFlow is a Les Mills International program that my gym took on. I had to pass a training module & a video assessment. I'm a musical person in general, so I gravitate toward mind/body classes that use movement to the beat of the music, combined with breath. It's pretty fun!🌷Sending you good vibes!💐

I have a rescue fur-baby, she was almost dead ..when a man from the shelter in ALCORN MS picked her up off of the street thought she was dead. I had to wait weeks to adopt... she was so weak couldn't stand. I drove 12 hrs to get her. She rescued me 10 yrs ago she was 2 and has been my Service Dog for 10 yrs now .. couldn't live w/out her 😊❤️😊
