wilddesigns , When I opened my package, a small white worm was crawling across the card beneath the plastic wrapper on my adorable Nick and Nora mac macaroon themed pajamas. I squished it. I am new to Poshmark, and this is one of the first purchases I made the night I joined. I don't know how to contact the Seller directly. I am disappointed to find worms in my pajamas. .

Poshmark display a very clear problem button with every purchase giving buyers 3 full days to state any issues directly to Posh Customer Service before accepting item : respectfully, not sure why u waited 6 full days to send such a message to me. justparlay Hi there!!! I’m alive...struggling, but alive!!! I finally left you your hard-earned & well-deserved review. I could not possibly be more sorry....I feel absolutely AWFUL. Things have been unbelievably hectic around here, to put it mildly. I’m not sure if I told you, but I have a son who’s on the autism spectrum (rather severe). Around the time I made my purchase from you, he was dx’d with epilepsy (seizures are unfortunately quite common in children with ASD).

justparlay Well, a routine MRI was performed to rule out a tumor or a stroke as the cause of his seizures. After the MRI was complete (he had to be sedated), we stayed the night in a hotel bc he had an appt. w/ a pediatric pulmonologist the following morning (we were 3 hours away @ our state’s main Children’s Hospital).

justparlay After the Pulmonology Appt., I took my two younger kids to the Indianapolis Children’s Museum to wind down before making the 3-hour drive home. While there, the neurology office called (I’m thinking to advise that the MRI was clear). To my surprise, it was the doctor. Next thing I know, she’s telling me my son’s cerebellum was descending into his spinal canal by app. 19mm &

justparlay that he had a condition called Chiari 1 Malformation aka Arnold Chiari, and time further complicate matters, his was with Syringomyelia. My son is nonverbal, plus he was born with this condition, so the excruciating pain was basically his “normal” + he couldn’t tell me anyway due to his inability to communicate. Anyway to cut to the chase, we had an emergency consult w/ a pediatric neurosurgeon the following morning,

justparlay then the next day emergency brain surgery was performed. It’s been a whirlwind. By the grace of God, my son has healed beautifully. He’s a mighty strong little guy with a pain threshold unlike anything I’ve ever seen - the neurosurgeon said she’s never discharged a patient as quickly as she did my son. The 34DDD was a bit too big, but I stupidly removed the tags without thinking. I don’t want you to be stuck selling something that’s more or less “used,” at least in Posh’s listing format since they don’t have a NWOT option, so I wanted to offer up 2 other options.

justparlay I have 2 of the exact same bras you sold me, only they’re in a 32DDD (US)/32E. One is in hollyhock/chalk pink, & the other is peacoat/aqua blue (the first one I 100% know is the manufacturer color, the second I 100% know peacoat is the 1st part, but the 2nd half I’m unsure). Anyway, please let me know which you prefer back to sell. Also - if you prefer the original one you sent me (since you have the matching underwear) I’ve located it elsewhere & can replace it.

shop_abouts @jenhagan316 My daughter was a near drowning at 13months & at 3yrs shared her near death experience - with 2 angels fighting/taking her to the light/heaven when she asked me ... why did the one angel let her fall/fall back to my arms. I share this only to give a knowing comfort & strength that we are all guided by caring, spiritual hands/forces one can only imagine/be grateful for.

justparlay I was allowed to go back w/ him. Most would be a nervous wreck, but I was unbelievably calm. I knew that God is the ultimate Physician & that He would be guiding the doctor’s hands. Never once throughout the surgery did I have a single worry or doubt. It’s so true that only Jesus can provide you peace & comfort that surpasses all understanding. ❤️❤️❤️

lalawlisa @shop_abouts Hey Susan... thanks for reaching out!! I have found myself in an odd spot and can't seem to get an answer or support. In a nutshell, I sold some Athleta (Sophia) tights, worn 1 x to a buyer. The buyer, after the 72 hours, rates me w/a low star and tells me the Athleta's were "fake" and that I sewed an Athleta label on to these. (#*?). I was blown away and with haste, told her that there were no such things as Athleta knockoffs. (I will send this now and cont. shortly...)

lalawlisa (She missed the 72 hour dispute window & claimed she was out of town). I was upset with her ridiculous accusation and told her to ship them back to me, gave her my address and asked that she remove her defamatory comments. She replied that she would "consider" it upon a FULL refund and again reiterated that the Sophia Tights were inauthentic. The reply did not go over well with me. I took a couple of minutes to step back and think things over.

lalawlisa I replied with something to the effect of, 'Your reply and insistence that these are somehow fake Athleta's and that you would "consider" removing your rating has made me step back and rethink this. I am reaching out to Poshmark to assist me. Do not ship these back for now.' Yesterday, I received a package from her. This is my dilemma I find myself in.

lalawlisa I realize now I should have never suggested that these be returned. I also realize that I will lose out on shipping and PM fees if I did decide to refund her!! I have since read up on some of PM's policies and understand that no transactions be carried outside of PM. So, in your opinion, what should I now do? Just put, "RETURN TO SENDER" on the package? I have since blocked this buyer. Thanks for any advice you are able to give me! : \

shop_abouts Keep the block on your buyer. Your Buyer seems to be threatening u to refund her money outside Poshmark & u do not have that authority nor responsibility to do that. CS needs to step in & handle this rogue situation. Your buyer knows your address & sending item back to u unauthorized is unsettling to say the least ... I’d feel very threatened.

shop_abouts U should also ask CS to remove the low rating for the duress but it will be up to them. Hope this helps. CS is excellent, u need to keep them updated. And remember any issues needs to be handled by them. Hope this helps.

shop_abouts @lalawlisa Lisa, if u haven’t heard back from CS (they are usually very responsive) There is nothing more u need to do. Keep the item, don’t refund (only CS issues refunds, keep the block on & move on continuing your closet. Know your earned love notes show u have happy buyers ⭐️

I am quite sure I never mentioned the removal of feedback before today, so I'm going to give it until tomorrow and I guess simply return the package. I can't think of what else to do.
