This is my adorably chubby guinea pig! Her name is Bear and she is the sweetest and cutest little thing😍😍 Bear gets bubble baths and is the new face of my closet! Update on my piggies! The last picture shows my goofy guy Felix. They're both hilarious and too cute to handle I love it💖☺️😍

ashbashes @remiirae Thank you but oh my goodness I am so sorry to hear that😢😢. He lived a long time though, that is impressive! I actually just got another one (nobody wanted the poor guy and I couldn't handle seeing him in the store for so long so they ended up adopting him out to me) so now I really don't want to think about what I'm going to do when "the time" comes. I'll be a hot mess for sure! They've got big personalities for such tiny animals, I love it!😂

I try to do what I can to help these elephants and all other animals from extinction and improper care and neglect. I get so emotionally and get so angry when I hear on the news or read online all the suffering these animals go through. I'm involved with PETA, the humane Society and my local Animal Shelter

If not then that's cool:) at the local Animal Shelter since last summer helping take care of the dogs, cats, ducks, and all the sick and injured that were abused and neglected and although it's a sad situation to see these poor animals just desperately wait to heal and to be adopted to a forever home when I'm there working I don't feel sad..

dmc0121 @ashbashes It makes me very happy and proud to know that I am helping these animals by supplying a clean, sanitary warm temporary environment for them instead of another miserable night locked in someone's backyard in the cold rain. It's terrible what they go through but once they get cleaned up and realize they're in a safe place with people who care they do show affection and appreciation just in their mannerisms.

dmc0121 @ashbashes With the Elephants I signed on the petition to shut down circus' (Ring Ling Bros Barnum &Bailey) and free the captive elephants who were being neglected and abused during and after shows. As of May 1, 2016 they are all supposed to be "free" no longer the property of Ring Ling Bros.

dmc0121 @ashbashes let's just pray that they won't end up in the hands of a laboratory to do animal testing on them like for makeup, perfume, medical injections of god knows what... They do not deserve that. No one deserves that. If I can make a difference to benefit these animals and elephants, that's exactly what I'll be doing:)in the meanwhile I'll be here on Posh and at the animal shelter trying to make a difference there:) feel free to message back:)🐘❤️🐅🐕🐎🐋🐠🐃

She's just a puppy and she's an absolute Sweetheart ❤️ I'm so happy my husband went to the shelter and brought her home and totally surprised me just to see a smile on my face he said. It worked:) I love him so much he's great:) But yea I'm more into animals than I'm into like babies idk why.. I have a Son but he's 19 now lol. oliveleaf @ashbashes Yayyy pigs!!! I used to have an auburn-colored one named Spot, a beige one named Myrtle, and a brown/white one with rosettes named Estelle. I loved watching them demolish a head of kale in 2 minutes. I want to get another one. Have you ever seen an alpine pika? It looks like a wild piggie. If you Google "alpine pika Attenborough" you will get a cute nature video of pikas scurrying around and making eeeping sounds, similar to piggie sounds. 💚💚

anna1011 !!! So. Cute!!! I'll have to post a pic of my Guinea pig dog. Yes. Guinea pig dog. His name is Garrett and he thinks he's a dog. He barks he growls he puffs up his fur in the back of his neck and attacks the vacuum and he's in a turf war with the German Shepard next door. He also twerks so hard he rattled his cage and he sings with my dad.

reggies_closet aww! I had guinea pigs my whole childhood. I got one when I had kids of my own and I somehow am allergic to them now. :( When I was a kid I would have my guinea pigs sleep in bed w/ me.

msspivey I used to have a guinea pig he lived up to be about 9 years old before he had health problems. But his name was Porter beaver Spivey ( you have to say real fast). I miss him😭.

msspivey @ashbashes he loved the dogs! He love drinking out of a little water dish and food bowl so we put as little food bowl right next to theirs. He just loved it used to do little flips put pillows all over the floor and he used to play like a little lava game and Chase the dogs around. He was just awesome!!

Funny story I use to have 14 guinea pigs at one time (completely by accident) but they became too much for me and I started to develop allergies to them so unfortunately I had to give my babies away. :'( (That last part wasn't funny but having the accidental 14 guinea pigs was!).
