Hi all! :). My name is Barb. I live in the suburbs of Philadelphia, 42 yrs old & have been a stay at home mom to the love of my life (my little Nugget) for the first 3 1/2 yrs of his life. I went back to work just about a year & a half ago back into retail management & work with Omega watches. I am also a proud consultant for Isagenix. I love Poshmark and all the wonderful people I've met on here. Thank you so much for visiting my closet. :) Hope you had fun. 😉

Feb 10Reply

laurenaliThey look awesome! Don't fit yet (incentive to hit the gym this morning) but they will soon. But you were honest about the size and condition. Great buying from you. I'm actually like a size 6 right now and working towards fitting in these jeans.

laurenaliYes the trouser owns will probably fit first. I need to get them hemmed too, or figure out how to do it myself and leave the original bottom of the leg on there. I overestimated my height lol

Feb 12Reply

Feb 19Reply

nugget_love@kbasten awwww.....such sweet words! Thanks! :). Please tells if you like them when you get them!! :)

Feb 19Reply

nljorda1@nugget_love how little was he? My daughter was 4.3 when I brought her home... Nicu baby :(.

Feb 20Reply

nugget_love@nljorda1 awww!!!! Another NICU baby!! I had him at 28 weeks. He was 2 lbs 7oz. He was a twin. His sister Paulina didn't make it. She had a rare disorder that was a form on Spina bifida. But we did get to meet her for 2 hours. I delivered her at 26 weeks and a miracle happened that I stayed pregnant for 2 more weeks then delivered Nugget (Chris). The whole thing was so crazy. Who delivers twice in two weeks right? Lol. But all is perfect. He has no developmental delays, no health issues at all, and as handsome as handsome gets. :). Maybe too much information??? ;). Sorry.

Feb 20Reply

nljorda1@nugget_love wow!!!! Amazing!!!! Congrats to you on your miracle "nugget". He's just beautiful. There is something so special about nicu babies. I have a nephew in there now! They are just incredible.

Feb 20Reply

fashionheart@nugget_love Hey! Just thought I'd add my 2 cents- I was the same weight as your lil guy, 3 mos premature and also a twin! He IS a handsome little boy. Your attitude is awesome and I wanted you to know I am heathy, strong and doing well- I'm sure mr nugget will be the same. Happy Parenting and lots of love/luck to you guys.

Feb 26Reply

nugget_love@fashionheart this was so nice to read when I woke up. Thank you for the kind words. Love reading things like this about other people. :). You made my day. ;). Is your twin doing well Also!

Feb 26Reply

fashionheart@nugget_love I also love to hear about other babies like me. Your lil guy is about the cutest thing ever. It's a long story about my brother but I would be happy to email you if you want. Thanks for sharing and allowing me to share with you :)

Mar 16Reply

colorncut@nugget_love Your family should be in magazines! P.s. where did you get the burberry style wall paper in your pics? I need to have it!

Mar 16Reply

nugget_love@colorncut awww!!!! Thanks!! That is SOOO sweet. And the wall....that's a project I took on a few years ago. I painted it!! I measured the stripes on a Burberry scarf and mathematically figured out what it needed to be to go on my wall (which I have no idea how I figured that out!!!), then painted it on the wall. That project took me three weeks and about 12 hours of painting every day. I'm a little OCD. When I had the idea to do it I did not know it was going to be that involved. Lol. I told my husband that if we move we have to cut the drywall and take it with us!! Lol. Anyway......glad you like it!! :). And thanks for the mind words.

Mar 16Reply

colorncut@nugget_love Well just let me say: wow, you have talent! I am obsessed but not mathematically talented :) I would highly consider taking the wall too! Lol

Mar 16Reply

nugget_love@colorncut :). Thanks!! Lol. I've always been artsy and crafty, but this surprised even me. :). I do love it tho. Did it for my hubby, yet I'm the one now that uses the room all the time. :)

Mar 19Reply

nugget_love@hkstephan very interesting! Sounds like its in the same line of work my father in law used to do (he just retired and is actually starting his own company I think doing something that sounds similar to what you do). He was the director of communications for Blue Cross Blue Shield. I know he had a lot to do with how they stored medical information.

dreambigger@nugget_love Barb, I apologize for not having responded after our mini exchange around Mother's Day. So much to be grateful for, and I didn't have the words...I moved to be with my family last year, spend time with them and partake in caring for my Gram, and my Mom and I love each other so much but we also have big clashes sometimes, as many mothers and daughters do. I love her so much...and I'm so grateful for her, and this life we share. I just wanted you to know that I fully took in what you said in your response. And I am really, really happy that you had your day without diapers and cleaning 👏😊!! May happiness and miracles flood your days💖Sarah

nugget_love@bethshover thanks!!! I was pregnant with twins. Crazy story.... I had his sister at 26 weeks. She was only with us for 2 hours (we knew she wasn't going to make it). They put an endoloop (probably spelled that wrong....but think of a zip tie kind of) around her placenta and I stayed pregnant for two more weeks and had him at 28 weeks. You had your little one at 27 weeks??? Those premies......they are fighters!!! Is she doing well??

Jun 17Reply

nugget_love@bethshover so glad to hear your little one is doing as we'll as mine!! He hit turned 2 at the end of March, but thinks he's 5. Seriously. Lol. He's doing awesome tho. Developmentally ahead in all areas. We're lucky Mommas!!! Thanks for sharing your story. Xoxo

Jul 22Reply

camposccthanks for finding my closet and sharing. You have some amazing things. would love to come back once I control mine :)

Jul 22Reply

nugget_love@camposcc thanks!!! Your closet is amazing!! Not that you asked.....but here's a tip.....go to the bottom of your closet and work your way up to the top.....refresh every listing that hasn't been sold (just hit the edit button 3 times). Get all that sold stuff to the bottom. Do that with your closet if you can several times a day. Especially at the party at night. You have a fantastic closet.....get it out there more!!! Hope I didn't over step there....and I hope it helps.

Jul 22Reply

camposccOMG thank you for your tip!! i've been learning along the way but really appreciate when people that have been doing this for some time.. personally tell me some tips. so maybe this is a dumb question but how often do you share your items a day without looking like a maniac :)

Jul 22Reply

nugget_love@camposcc you know what? Not sure. I prob share too much. Lol. But if you think about it.....prob hard to do it too much. There are MILLIONS of users on here. You never know what time any of them are on here looking at their news feed. And when I'm in my feed I'm never really in there long, so from one hour to the next it's totally different people! If you literally shared every hour (not saying to do that....just an example) the same people prob wouldn't even see it twice. Make sense? I share in the morning.....lunch time for east coast them west coast (so the times of the parties), dinner time and at the night party. Keep in mind though I am a stay at home Momma and this is my income so that's why I can do it that frequently. Parties are impt because not just the people following you are seeing your listings....everyone looking at the party feed sees it which is a great way to get more followers. Sharing your listings and sharing other people's listings is HUGE!!! When other people share your things, it goes into their followers feeds. I just tagged some "powerhouse" poshers in terms of followers on one of your listings. Form relationships with them!! They are some of the best poshers. They are very sweet....share a good amount, and have tons of followers (which is huge). I think sharing is the key....and having a nice closet (which you do). Another awesome Posher who has a great closet, is sweet and shares better than anyone on here is @manymurrays ......another one great to form a relationship with. And share back! When people share your things, share theirs (which I think you do). It's a lot of work in the beginning but trust me, it gets easier. 💋💋💋. I'm in no way the Poshmark expert, but i do pretty well on here, so feel free to reach out. Really.

camposcc@nugget_love i think this community is great and i really love that fashion has brought women together ... and there's little stories we learn about each other along the way. i work in silicon valley where competition is very high with so many smart women however the nice factor isn't always legit. great way for you to connect to adults too! i stayed home for a couple of years with my first and half a year with my newbie so adult time is such a biggie :) Thank you for taking your time today to share and spread my closet. i can see my notifications increasing LOL. i'm sure we'll do business at some point!.

Jul 22Reply

nugget_love@camposcc completely agree. :). And it was my pleasure.

Jul 22Reply

Sep 18Reply

nugget_love@trichel thanks!!! They are everything to me now.....

Sep 18Reply

micheleedesignsThanks for writing with your sharing tips! I didn't realize that I should share for those who have thousands of followers. I assumed that anyone following me would already be following their closet. How do you share your own closet, as you suggested? One item bat a time, or is there a way to actually share my closet? Hopefully, I will be back to shop. I won't forget your gracious sharing and advice. Thanks so much!

Sep 18Reply

nugget_love@micheleedesigns you do have to do it one at a time. As you update/share your listing it moves it to the t of your closet. Also how you organize your closet (keep the best stuff at the top). So once you get your closet how you Iike, I would then suggest sharing your closet from the bottom up. Just click the edit sign three times on each listing.

Sep 18Reply

micheleedesignsThank you so much for that info! It was driving me crazy that I didn't know how to organize my closet. Please tell me, should I still be sharing from closets that have many thousands of followers? I assume my followers are already their followers. Is there still value to share for them? Dies it mess up the order of a closet when someone else shares from it to a party? Thanks for any additional info.

nugget_love@jessicatollison hi!!! No worries. Ask me whatever......in your profile, where it asks what city you are from, it's where a lot of people put that. :). Hope that helps

Oct 30Reply

nugget_love@pm_editor OMG!!!! PLEASE take action against this person too!!! 👆@yomama21 . Prob same person as @yomama12 . They have made comments all over my posts!!! And really crude ones. Any way we could delete these? I find them very offensive (obviously), and some are directed towards my son.

Oct 30Reply

storyofmydressHey girl! Hope you're doing better??!!! (Has it stopped? I haven't had anything else, thankfully) Have a fabulous weekend!!! xoxo 😘

Nov 02Reply

nugget_love@storyofmydress it stopped....Poshmark removed the comments and then they started again on Halloween with even worse comments. This person is one sick (and racist) person. The person told me we apparently were in a war and they were pissed I haven't responded to any of their posts. But Poshmark must have been monitoring my closet somehow because as soon as they posted a comment, Poshmark removed it. I haven't head anything since, but have a feeling I will at some point. So glad to hear you haven't!!! They removed all the comments right??

Nov 02Reply

storyofmydress@nugget_love - oh yay, I am so glad to hear it has stopped! And crossing my fingers that will continue to be the case!!!!!! I deleted the listing and will repost (it was a new listing, so not that many likes/not hp or anything), but I def reported to posh!! xoxo 😘

Nov 02Reply

finchen@nugget_love My dearest Barb! I'm doing fine! I just had to take a break as Posh just wasn't much fun for me lately. Low balling, rude comments, not feeling much involved in the community and some personnel problems made step away for a while. Thank you for always thinking of me and never forgetting about me! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Nov 04Reply

nugget_love@finchen REALLY??? You weren't feeling the 💗??? I thought everything was going well....got to be a suggested user, and hosted a party! I hate that people were being mean to you!!! People from the Posh community or a random person? I've been harassed (and VERY BADLY) from a random person on here. Think it's a teenager either by themselves or with a group of friends for over a week now. And I mean some NASTY comments (some might still be under my Meet My Nugget post.....will be talking with Poshmark today actually, and I've been researching cyber bullying/stalking laws). CRAAAAZY!!! But girl, you had me worried that your health was not well. Are you okay with everything with your heart?????

Nov 04Reply

finchen@nugget_love : ugh, I know... I was a baby! But it just was not much joy lately and I didn't feel good lately either so it was all coming together. I was just going through all your listings but it seems like everything got removed. Ugh, how disturbing! Glad you are such a strong character, I wouldn't have handled this so easy!

Nov 04Reply

nugget_love@gar4lee you know what?? I swear I forget to hit follow. Some I the people I interact with the most I've been noticing lately I haven't been following them when I thought I was.....

Nov 06Reply

nugget_love@vintageglamgirl

Nov 08Reply

nugget_love@vintageglamgirl so. Ice to meet you too Patricia!!! A fellow NICU momma!!👏👏. I always say NICU babies are the strongest babies. Such fighters!!! Mine spent 62 days in there (and when I delivered his twin at 26 weeks...two weeks earlier than him, I was in the hospital for two weeks first). He was 2lbs 7oz and pure fight!! He rocked that NICU!! No issues at all. And he's now 2 1/2 (though he thinks he's like 5), he is testing developmentally a whole year AHEAD (gross motor skills anyway)!!!!! But not only are the NICU babies the strongest.....NICU Momma's are too!!! 👊. So nice to meet you. Btw....you can tell from your pics you have an unbelievable home!! 😍😍.

Nov 08Reply

nugget_love@leacoop33 I wish I still fit into the smaller sizes. No....I don fit into most of the clothes. 😢. Right now I'm about a sz 10-12 (but working on it). Just 3 1/2 years ago I was a sz 0. I became a stay at home Mom (with a child who does not go more than 15-20 minutes in child watch at the gym), so I get a ton less exercise than I used to working 10 hour retail days. Many if the items are from my own closet (with the exception of the jewelry as I buy that wholesale), but I don't pass a consignment store or a thrift store. I've worked in retail for over 20 years so I've accumulated quite a bit myself over the years, but also know quality when I see it. Hope that helps.

Nov 08Reply

And thanks for te compliment on the wall!! I painted that on my own. door4@nugget_love beautiful family- you're blessed

Mar 01Reply

shelovescoutureYou have a gorgeous family!!! It always makes me smile to see other mixed couples and families out there (I'm black and my fiance is half white and half armenian) ♡ It made me sad to see that you had to deal with some ignorant people on here but oddly enough, people have a lot to say online when they can be anonymous and hide behind their keyboards but have nothing but kind things to say in person...smh! Hateful, jealous miserable peopl are always looking to recruit company....just wanted to say that you are blessed and don't ever let anyone try to take away the beauty of what you have :)

Nov 02Reply

tigress18It's so funny that most of the people I've met on here are associated with retail or fashion in some way. I was a textile analyst/ garment analyst for years. Before that, in retail mgmt for years. Then the bottom fell out (lost my job), I took whatever I could get because my son was only 5 and I had to work. I got injured in the job and have had several blood clots and undiagnosed bleeding disorder but I tried to work. I finally stopped working 8 years ago and have been in and out of the hospital and doctors trying to find out or fix my medical issues. I'm having surgery next week for an issue due to all the medicines I've been taking but I'm still trying to get back to working. I tried this to help pay some of the bills at home because they cut my pay to one third of what I was getting. I love the outpouring of love the ladies showed you and wish I knew you then because you are awesome!! Glad we got to meet and I will keep in touch!! Lots of love and blessings to you and your family.

Nov 30Reply

nugget_love@tigress18 awww....thank you for even taking the time to peek at my posts!! You are so sweet. Yes, Poshmark had so many amazingly supportive women. I have had many amazing experiences. For almost a year I was able to make some decent $ on here to help pay some bills as my husband and I were living just off his unemployment (which was a super stressful time). As it grew I was making MUCH less so I HAD to go back to work (or we were going to lose our house). But there are still so many amazing women on here that I think about often. I have been on here for about 2 years. Before they changed the suggested user program I was a suggested user in the old system which gave me most of my followers (which quite honestly, I think many of them are no longer active on here). I am still a suggested user so that helps as well. But I think the biggest thing was when I was not working there were months that I treated Poshmark like my full time job. I was sharing items from other people's closet (and my own) easily for 40 hours a week. But now that I work I just don't have the time. And sales are like 1/4 what they used to be. But it's still much better than the other sites.......and the connections are so much more personal. It was so nice meeting you as well!!! 😘😘

Dec 01Reply

Jul 24Reply

nugget_love@nikki_oliveira Hi there. I did not want to post this on your actual listing, but I wanted you to know that I appreciate your counter offer on those cleats. The only reason I am declining it because they are listed currently for less On Amazon and free shipping for a brand new pair that have never been worn. I was willing to spend that $25 plus a seven dollar shipping but not really willing to go any higher than that.

Feb 05Reply

nugget_loveBut you may want to look at how you have these priced. It’s Pretty high comparatively to other listings. Someone else has the same pair but in a different color story for only $18

Feb 05Reply

nugget_love@nikki_oliveira sorry, 👆🏻 was for you as well (duh....replied to myself)

Feb 05Reply

fgchsHi Barb!! It’s a pleasure to meet you, I just sent you my discount offer on the fabulous sandals you ❤️, I hope you accept my offer, I’ll ship tomorrow morning, have a great rest of your day, happy poshing 👍😊
