@bal91 hi girl, I have a question... I had to report a package I received from another posher since the top came with holes. Posh responded offering a credit of the purchase price and for me to keep the damaged item (meaning I am still out $4.99 for the shipping). What would happen if I hit Reject instead of Accept and Keep? It really doesn't make sense to keep something I am just going to trash... :(
