andreahippely Hello Ranchingal - had a problem. Ordered Kuhl shorts that you mailed 3 day Priority on June 26. They arrived today, July 11. That is FIVE TIMES the 3 day shipping I paid the expensive $7.11 for. Ron the Aiken, SC Postmaster just looked at the tracking for me and he said there was about a WEEK delay in Oregon. $7.11 is WAAY too much to pay for a 15 day wait on an order. Please refund my shipping, and Ron says you can make a claim with your post office there. Thank-you.

ranchingal @andreahippely Hi There, I am unable to create a claim unless it is through Poshmark. You will have to create the claim yourself and let Poshmark know of your request. I’m sorry it took so long, apparently there is a delay because of Covid. I’m not sure why it affects the PO. There are steps we have to take through Posh in order to stay in good standing. I hope you have a beautiful day and are putting your new shirts to good use! 😊
