@tiasposhfasion hi! I didn’t make that comment, actually. But this is how you do it. Go to the item you want to make the offer. In the bottom right-hand corner it says Price Drop. Click on that. Then a little window comes up. Choose Private Offer to Likers. Then choose your price and shipping discount if you want. Hope that helps!
