silverandsilk @highfashn54 I didn't purchase mine new, so I'm in a different situation. I'm not sure what I would do if I had bought them new. That said. get them listed and don't take low ball offers personally. Just hold out for what you want for them. Nothing ventured, nothing gained.

nanasjewelbox Hello! I saw a few of your listings, shared, then took a look at your closet. Very Nice! Have you ever tried being a part of a share group? I belong to a just jewelry one, the folks are super nice and the sharing isn't very time consuming like some groups are. It is a way to get more exposure to your closet, and you can choose each day whether or not to participate. If you are interested, let me know

nanasjewelbox @silver_and_silk You're welcome. First, this is not a vintage group it's a jewelry group, just jewelry. There is a sister vintage group, but you can choose to do the only jewelry. Second, it is as time consuming as you want it to be, as you can choose each day if you want to participate that day. I do approx 4 days a week. It is a fairly small group each day, A few hundred members but rarely more than 25 sharers on any given day

nanasjewelbox @silver_and_silk also. you only need share 8 items of each closet of that day's participants, that's all. you can share more items if you want, but not obligated. I did the jewelry group for a few weeks before I tried the vintage, I like them both. What is nice is that they have different sign-in cut off times, so some days one is more convienient than the other.

nanasjewelbox @silver_and_silk I forgot to tell you: sign up closes at 5pm, but you have all evening to get your shares done. I usually wait until just before 5, so that I am sure I have the time to do my shares. So, sign is is easy, you literaly just type your closet name with the @ symbol before it, do your sharing, and when finished just comment that all shares are done. no need to mention each closet :)

nanasjewelbox @silver_and_silk Wonderful!! I am so glad I stumbled over your closet! I am somewhat of a collector as well as a seller, and have 25+ years in the fine jewelry business. And I still love nicely designed or unique or vintage or antique jewelry. In fact I go out whenever I can to estate or yard sales looking for it. I have a small percentage of mine listed too.

nanasjewelbox @silver_and_silk I want to sell as much of the clothes as I can before I go whole hog on listing Jewelry. Anyway, once U get the hang of the group, you may want to sign up for the vintage also. Their signup closes at 8 instead of 5, so scheduling wise some days that may be better. If I have time I do both groups. As time has gone by I've gotten to know folks there, everyone is very generous with their shares

pammiesclosetxo Hi, I just accepted the purchase I made unfortunately before looking at it. I love it but I’m not quit sure how to use it I have several buckles and this one is different. My belts will not thread through it & there is no hook to hook it in front to the jeans? I’d like to return it please. So disappointed because it’s a gorgeous piece.

silverandsilk @pammiescloset11 I have just uploaded three pictures to this post. It’s for a belt that has similar hardware. This type of Bockel which seem to work best with the fabric belt as it is more flexible. Please look at the photos and see if this helps you In some way.

greenbaypackers I had a bad feeling it was a cat that passed. Sorry!!! Losing pets is soooo hard. I know personally too. Lovely though that you can memorialize your pet in a painting. And you know you should do things and put them on Posh. I think it would be great. I know there was another artist I've seen on Posh and she paints on clothes, purses, etc. and it's really nice. Makes it totally unique.

silverandsilk @babycat11 That’s a pastel drawing I did of my fur baby Nutter I miss him and his brother Boo. I especially miss being woken up in the morning with Nutter pulling on my hair and Boo tapping me on the nose to get up and feed them. Thinking of getting another cat but I might be moving so I’m gonna wait to see how that works out

She wouldn’t come in.I was so hurt I said I’m gonna draw nothing but my cats and have charcoal’s of them all over my house.Your picture brought all the good memories back.Beautiful cat.Beautiful drawing.
