tdhilyard It was a bran new item with a tag. Couldn’t have been the customer service cause we never spoke. Was it the wrapping? You didn’t like the thank you note, or the free gift? I sent out your purchase right away...id really like to know exactly what it was that I did wrong and could improve on because I certainly don’t want to disappoint other customers. I put a lot of time and effort into making a good experience for my buyers. I’m very confused by your remark.

tdhilyard @kaylee_agin I mailed it out the next day. For some reason on a few occasions my post office has not tracked my packages until two to three days later. I have complained about this to them before and apparently it has not been addressed. I’m sorry for this inconvenience and I’m very disappointed you had to wait that long for your purchase.
