christibritton @kimfit65 yes! I just finished sending support an email. I actually just checked my mail about 45 minutes ago. It was he first package I opened. While the sweater is BEAUTIFUL and in perfect condition, it’s not my size. I believe the necklace enhancer would be a much better fit!! Let me know. They will send a shipping label to me, I am sure. The same thing has happened to me before with a pair of shoes. (I never received those shoes!) Be in touch. Thank you!!

christibritton @kimfit65 hi Kim. They finally did and it was odd. They basically told me to go back and do the same thing, but with pictures. I thought, I’ve already violated this lady’s purchase enough. So, I took two pics and explained how all parties were aware and actively trying to get it resolved. So hopefully they’ll get it this time. It’s like they’re not sure what I was trying to say. I did explain from the beginning how I received the wrong item. Fingers crossed.
