kjwong33 Hi frances, I received the robe - thanks. I tried it on quickly before dinner and then sent payment. But when I put it on again after dinner I noticed an area near the bottom left side hem where the fabric has what looks and feels like a wide snag or run. Next to this is an area where there is a lot of fabric pilling as if something really rough rubbed against it and pulled on many fibers. Darn. Is there a way to send you a photo of the area? Kal

palmspringsposh @kjwong33 hi! Oh no, that’s awful! I don’t think there is a way to send a photo but I’m not really sure. I never saw any flaws on the robe as I was packaging it up so I’m not sure what to say.. I’m really sorry to hear that though.

kjwong33 Thanks for your reply. The area of pulling and running of the fabric are big enough that I cannot use this as a gift. Is it possible to return this for a refund? Thanks

palmspringsposh @kjwong33 I’m not sure how that works.. maybe you can open up a case though the app? I reviewed all the photos and I really don’t believe that anything was wrong with the robe prior to shipping but if you would like to try for a refund that’s up to you.
