sedlll @sugashadsshop hi. I just got a poshmark notice that I was refunded for the dress because it's unlikely the other party will be shipping it? Any idea what's going on?

sugashadsshop @sedlll I am so sorry, but I have attempted multiple times as well as Poshmark to communicate with the other buyer with no response back. :( I feel horrible but I don't have another dress like that. I am out of town, but when my store is off vacation mode I would be happy to offer you a great deal on anything else in my closet.

sedlll @heatherwiese1 I was assuming that since the listing was for 4 pairs they would be shipped together? I'm still interested but I don't see the point in paying extra shipping since they were all listed together. Hopefully that makes sense. Please let me know if you will sell them as a set as listed. sedlll @heatherwiese1 poshmark already charges me shipping so why are you wanting me to pay you extra shipping? When you print the shipping label from poshmark I will have already paid the shipping so you just need a box of any sort, Amazon box or whatever, and then drop at post office. You will not need to pay any shipping. Does that make sense? Also, poshmark does not allow transactions transactions outside of their app. So I would not be able to pay you extra shipping anyway.

heatherwiese1 Sorry I’m new to this app and don’t know how it all works. I usually sell on other apps where the seller sets the shipping amount. We just moved so boxes are plenty if that works? I thought I had to put it into a flat rate envelope and discovered yesterday they all 4 wouldn’t fit in the largest one.

sedlll @heatherwiese1 that's alright. I understand. I can resend my offer if that works? Then if you accept, I will have already paid the shipping so all you need to do is print the shipping label and tape it to any box that the pants fit in and then drop it at the Post Office. You will not need to pay any additional shipping or anything. It's all included in the label that will be printed. 🙂
