rebwarcol Hi, I recently bought boys sandals, size 2 from you. I received them, no problem, but today I received another package with 2 pairs of size 9 jelly sandals that I did not order. Not sure what to do about it?

bebellamusic @rebwarcol Hello! Oh I am terribly sorry for this. How frustrating. I'd love to resolve this for you as quickly as possible. I have looked into it on Poshmark FAQ however the directions stated to fix this do not seem to be correct. Might help if you accept the item, right now it is pending acceptance. I'm not sure. I do know that Poshmark will resolve this issue and I have reported it to them. Hoping to get this resolved today and am waiting to hear back from them. I will let you know ASAP.

bebellamusic @rebwarcol yes that’s what I’m looking into! I just suggested accepting it as a possible way to make things easier for me to return it. Meaning, The directions Poshmark says to return it looks different on my end and I’m not sure why. Wondered if accepting it would change that. Probably not though. I’m asking customer service. But I do know PM will handle it. We will get it resolved and again I’m so sorry! Will keep you updated!
