janehathaway @lngail i'm in La Porte, a little town just east of Houston, where my doctors, dentist, and family are located. Hubbie and I go into 'town' a few times a week, but are happy to be home, where things are slower - population about 30,000. We are located right on Galveston Bay, whereas the beach town of Galveston is more Southeast of Houston.

janehathaway @lngail For retirees, I recommend the small towns near large cities. San Antonio has some lovely areas, as does Dallas. Austin is too 'granola' for me, but check out these little towns: Chappell Hill, Johnson City, and Texas Grand Ranch (If you are interested a beautiful plot to build your own house) Happy looking!

convintageous @janehathaway hi again, my friend. Just wanted to tell you bc I noticed this on some of your listings. Try to avoid using the emojis on you title. Poshmark puts all of our listings online but they can’t use the ones with emojis bc they turn into ?’s. Not sure why, I’m not too tech savvy but I learned this a while ago. And also keep it simple. Like “ Jones NY blue linen striped maxi dress” if it’s NWT like most of my wardrobe you don’t need to write it.
