bankladydeb @alwaysinstyle22 Hi I had to report a problem with my order to Posh Support because the tweed jacket and the periwinkle sweater are missing from my bundle package. Did you forget to mail them with the rest of my bundle? There were supposed to be 6 items and there were only 4 in the small envelope that you sent me. Please contact Posh Support and see what you need to do to take care of this, thank you! Most of the items were going to be a valentine gift for my daughter!

bankladydeb @alwaysinstyle22 Hi the Post Office will not allow you to do that, duplicating labels is illegal. You should have found a bigger box and shipped it in that all together. The post office is probably returning the other package to you or they will send it to me with postage due and it will probably be a super expensive extra charge so I will have to refuse it and let it go back to you. I wish that you would have asked someone before you did that!

I don't know what I was thinking, I can zip to the post office tomorrow and see if I can't sort it out and I'll pay for any extra fees and everything like that, not to worry I will sort this out, I really am sorry for any worry I've caused you, and I'll make sure it gets there by Valentine's Day.

alwaysinstyle22 @bankladydeb hi, okay so fresh from the PO, I was able to look up the order with the tracking number ( since thanks to my dim witted move they are the same thing) it says delivered on Saturday Feb 4th and that its at a parcel locker in high springs Florida 32655, is that your PO? maybe you have to retrieve it in person?

bankladydeb @alwaysinstyle22 Only 1 pkg, not 2, was at the PO w/track# ending 5356, delivered 2/4, & I picked up this weekend. It was missing 2 items. I will go again tomorrow & see if there is a 2nd pkg yet & also see if there is a notice of postage due. Tracking shows 1 pkg being delivered on Sat & that is the one I picked up this weekend. The 2nd pkg should be delivered to me soon with postage due, if it was not caught as a duplicate label & returned back to you by now. Will let you know :)

bankladydeb @alwaysinstyle22 I have great news! The 2nd package was at my Post Office today! It came on a different day so the duplicate label did not get caught, yay! I spoke with the Postmistress and she said next time for you to just use a bigger envelope or box or to bind the 2 envelopes together with tape and just use one label on it. She said that we got lucky and don't owe any extra money this time! All of the items you sent are perfect and beautiful, thank you very much! :) xoxo <3
