cicitina @mamacita747 sorry for this delay, it has to do with Canada post. The packaged was dropped off at the post office the same day of purchase unfortunately they are behind on sorting so it hasn’t been sorted or scanned yet. This is happening with all my shipments. They all seem to be getting scanned around a week of being dropped off then shipped and delivered between 3-4 days from that update.

cicitina @mamacita747 I’ve been keeping a close eye on all my orders and yours is the next one that should get scanned in hopefully tomorrow! I think it all has to do with the facility near me as it had a Covid outbreak a couple weeks ago and has been behind - I’ve noticed this even in my own orders from Amazon and Sephora.

cicitina @mamacita747 it has been very frustrating watching them sit and receiving final notices to ship them when you already have. I’ve definitely had some anxiety over these delays lol hopefully you see them soon
