cdmroses @hellogorgeousne Hi Amy I opened a request for return due to “wrong item shipped” as soon as I saw your message. I will contact them again. In the future, don’t Accept the item you have an issue with ... as you have 3days fron the date of delivery to request a return from Poshmark. That process is quick and easy. This may take a bit longer. I’m so sorry. I will make sure to follow up and you will get your money back... even if I have to do it on my own. Don’t worry.

hellogorgeousne @cdmroses - Poshmark sent me a shipping label, which I used. They refunded me after receiving the item. So the case is now closed...you’ll need to coordinate with poshmark, unfortunately. As mentioned before, I never thought to verify the size on the label...assumed the item I bought was what I received. Otherwise wouldn’t have accepted it.

jakesemporium @hellogorgeousne Amy, Since you resale, think about the Zac coat. It's a great coat and we have not been able to move it. if you are famiar with Zac Posen,, you know the price is low. I worked for Neiman Marcus, so will post a lot of great items that will be cheaper here than on another higher price point we use.
