Welcome, Courtney and congratulations! :) Aside from other great advice I see you've already received, the couple of tips I'd give anyone new (for what they're worth) is to drop in on those tagged if they don't get the chance first (most are kind and approachable)... and (as things get busy on here and there's a temptation to try to "do it all") make your time here on Posh fit into your life, not the other way 'round.
