missnixie @dolcemiagal you've been doing this a while so I want to ask you something please. how would you rate a seller who sent you a pair of new boots that arrived with a live spider and his cobweb inside one of the boots? I'm not kidding. He's spinning more web as I write this.

poppyandvine @missnixie yikes! sounds like the boots were stored away and the buyer must have not noticed. I think it is fair to rate a star or two off for cleanliness assuming condition otherwise was as described and they were shipped on time. be safe - maybe try to vacuum the inside of the boot so you know there is nothing left behind.

poppyandvine @bluenectarine hi :) yes I was reluctant as well but I decided to forge ahead... it has only been a month or so but I think since it coincided with the changes to the Suggested User/ Ambassador program it was good timing. Haven’t noticed a drop off in sales and have had my repeat customers still. Would suggest promoting in your closet and Instagram though so your customers are aware...happy Poshing!
