ahimsams @kelliehatcher - Hi! I just accepted before seeing this. I think you can cancel the order on your end, change your shipping address, and make a new offer. I may be mistaken! Let me know if that works. Posh customer service may be able to help too!

ahimsams @kelliehatcher - I researched this and it looks like you can edit the address one time on an order! :) If you click the order on the “my purchases” tab under your account, it should show up there. I’m not able to contact you outside of Posh, per posh rules. Hopefully editing the address will work!

ahimsams @kelliehatcher - Great, I’ll get that shipped to you tomorrow! However, Posh does track the tracking numbers for each order and if I ship together when it’s not a bundle, I’ll get dinged for not technically shipping the joggers according to the USPS. I’ll have to look into if Posh will let me manually edit the address on a prepaid label - not sure if that is allowed by USPS.

ahimsams @kelliehatcher - If you could cancel the jogger order and re-purchase, that might work best (unless the address change can work on the order). I’m sorry that it’s turning out to be so complex — there are a lot of rules that I need to follow as a seller and not compromise my account :) I’m excited to get these cute pieces out to you!

kelliehatcher I am so sorry this is such a pain! It turns out I cannot cancel because it was an offer and not a purchase. I will wait and see if posh gets back to me on the address tomorrow and let you know what they say. So so sorry!

ahimsams @kelliehatcher - It’s absolutely ok, I understand! I was able to cancel the joggers on my end! You can now cancel the Mossimo dress and make a new order by bundling the jogger and dress (if you still want the dress)?
