mattpasqua @riberdahl UR very welcome. We need + energy. 4me. Tae Kwon Do since 7 y/o, 1st Dan Black Belt (head trauma 15 y/a halted that progression a bit). Pilates for me now and lotsof strength and conditioning. Check out my IG @mattpasqua you’ll get a sense ;). YOU MADE MY DAY!!! I bought the mug for the “M” The colors were spot on… the ABSOLUTE BEST SURPRISE?! I’m lefty. I’ve grown accustomed to looking at the insignia on mugs that’s supposed to be showing outward… this has it on BOTH SIDES!!!! 🤩

riberdahl @mattpasqua Ha! That’s awesome about the lefty issue. I am a 1st degree black belt in TKD as well. And in XMA. Two knee surgeries and 2 foot surgeries later, my progression was halted as well. Would love to get back to it someday, but not holding my breath.😔
