beccawarrington Hi there. I ordered the blue ish vivimos dress. It said NWT. It is damaged. It arrived Sri king of a thrift store and the front neck line is torn and frayed. This is not new, or if it is it was is defective. Please advise. I don’t want to spend the money back to ship and I don’t want to leave a negative review. I contacted you first.
