ROFLMBO --- I kept saying I knew this closet DIVA Viva-- no real hoedowns (but close-my nephew and sweet side are all about sunflowers, hay bales and old barn wood-meant wife above-not side--and that was the theme of their reception--they eloped, then my brother had a GREAT reception for them -mason jars for drinks, burlap roses in blue mason jars as centerpieces(my sisterinlaw MADE the burlap roses). Short story long. Lol I wore the dangly skinnies and sheer orange top w/heels and got a lot if compliments. And I promised my nieces they could borrow sometimes. Other family functions, whether I wore boots and denim prairy skirt or black/brown skinnies w/animal print --I'm telling you-both are perfect. My goodness , didn't intend to write a book-but as u can see-nothing's changed. I'm so glad I got back into ur closet-it's been great to tell you about those WONDERFUL pieces. I guess I will have to leave them to my nieces in my will. ROF-again. Hope you've been well-beautiful as ever:)):)).

I sometimes feel like I have to overprice bc when I reasonably price there is always someone who wants the item for a really insulting amount... so funny, I had a pair of NWT shoes in my closet that someone liked, so I shared a few of her items. She had the SAME shoes in her closet that she had just liked in mine for $8 higher (and they had been used!) and then low balled me to purchase mine!! Double standard much? LOL!😜

helloimfabulous Oh my gosh! Yep! Had that happen to me too! I try to price tight but then there is no room for negotiation. Hey I'm all about a deal too but within reason so it's fair to both people. I got $100 offer on a designer bag that retails for $800. Then she tagged me in that closet and to me I was too high! I think the bag was a fake. I noticed she was selling a Michael Kors bag for $190 but wants my Fendi for $100! It's refreshing to see your note.
