kellymorrison @heidii69 Hey, I'm sorry for the late response! I've never opened a case so I'm not sure what the process is like, but have you talked to poshmark about it? The only way to return an item is to open a case and send photos that show the issue. If you feel like the description was inaccurate you can let them know that and they might allow a return. If not, I'd send them an email asking to cancel the case. Either way it's alright, no need to apologize! Just keep me posted :)
