Hello, I have a small closet as I like good quality clothes that fit well. I love natural materials and would never buy something without looking at the composition. I like to buy second hand clothing as the quality of clothes available in stores nowadays is getting lower and lower. Sometimes I am looking for double of things I already own and love. If I ask questions is because I am very interested in the item you are selling and I want to make sure everything is ok.

kathybunk Hi, Thank you for visiting my closet and liking Banana Republic white shirt. I totally agree with you. It’s hard to find quality clothes these days. They use fabrics that are falling apart after few washes. Good luck sloshing/shopping. You can find here some nice buys. 🌞😊

kathybunk @qualityoverq Thank you for your kind words. My husband is off today so he is actually going to drop it off for me and get a receipt, this way I have a piece of mind. Over wise they don’t scan the package sometimes for couple of days and I worry that it is missing.😊🌞

kathybunk Hi, I truly apologize that the shirt you received is not in the condition that was described. I sent the message to Poshmark to refund you the price of the shirt and shipping you paid. I bought the shirt from another Posher also as EUC and I did not notice the armpits. I never wore the shirt as it was too small. I washed it in Gain detergent, used fabric softener and I starched and pressed it before I shipped it just to freshen it. I honestly did not notice a body odor. Again I truly apologize.

kathybunk @qualityoverq Thank you for understanding. And yes, of course you will get a full refund. I would expect the same if that would happen to me. Maybe you can save the shirt. I just googled it and it says if you use hydrogen peroxide and soak it for 30 minutes and wash as normal it should come off. Again, I am sorry and I hope you find what you are looking next time. qualityoverq @kathybunk thank you for your message. Unfortunately hydrogen peroxide does not work. I am very knowledgeable about stains removal because I have been thrifting clothes for many years and I also work with upcycled textiles in my hobby. Hydrogen peroxide and other tricks works great for some stains but yellow deodorant stains are basically impossible to get rid off.

kathybunk @qualityoverq Thank you for information. I never had this experience before. I thought it could be saved. (Either way you will be getting the full refund) That tell me you can not trust Google apparently 😂😂😂. I accepted the return either way so Poshmark will issue you a return label and you can ship it back then. I am very sorry again for inconvenience it caused you.

They emailed me but they are not clear if they refunded you already or are you expected to send the shirt back. I just want to make sure you get your money back promptly. Kathy

qualityoverq @kathybunk hello, I got an email saying that the order was cancelled and that I will get the refund. They said I could keep the item, but since they provided a return label, I sent the shirt back to you. I dropped the package at the post office this morning.

kathybunk @qualityoverq Thank you. The guy that handled the case was so wishy washy I wanted to make sure you get your money promptly. First he emailed me and said you got your refund already. Than I saw on my order that it’s pending you sending item back so I emailed them again and did not hear back. I am glad it’s squared away and I will accept it right away when I get it so they can refund you promptly.

kathybunk @qualityoverq Hi, I have to contact Poshmark again. The guy that is handling it emailed me again saying the order was cancelled and the buyer meaning you was refunded and I am not getting a shirt back. Obviously that is not correct as you shipped it back and I got an email saying it’s tracking and I should have it Saturday.

kathybunk @qualityoverq I don’t care about the stupid shirt. I care that you get the refund. Could you please check your account to see if they refunded you yet? If not then I will wait till tomorrow and I will email him back to let him know you have not been refunded just in case it takes 24h for the money to show up back in your account.

qualityoverq @kathybunk hello, Sorry I hadn’t seen your comment because I wasn’t on Poshmark and I have notifications turned off. I did get the refund! I was logging in right now to let you know. It took a couple of days from when they said I would get the refund for the refund to appear on my bank account. I am sorry you had an hard time talking with customer service. The tracking says the shirt is in New Jersey, you should receive it soon.
