melanieshea Aww! You're a very blessed woman! I am 33, no kids, one failed marriage... when I was younger, I was a bit rebellious, but NOTHING like kids today and NOTHING that a little love and attention wouldn't have fixed... (maybe a good spanking too, who knows?!) Well, my mom told me that she was "sick of me" & "didn't care what I did" when I was 15... and when I graduated HS at 17, I was booted out, she moved out of state, & basically threw me 2 the wolves....

No where else in this country can you have a flat tire and "nice" people not ax murderers stop to help. People open doors, speak to you, wave and smile even when they don't know you. Service at restaurants is FABULOUS! Love both of your closets! Am I the only person who misses the REAL Cold Water Creek? Glad you both are in the South and on Posh! Howdy Neighbors!

lbragato1023 @punkinmommy move went ok..had to move to temp apt as hubby got job before we had a house..been in house about 3 weeks now and settled..just a couple curtains and pictures to hang and a fence in back yard to get installed..big change from being in pa.

punkinmommy @lbragato1023 Congrats on the house and hubby's new job! We actually moved here about 15 years ago from California. It was a bit of a culture shock! LOL I have to admit though, these days most of the people in the Atlanta area are from somewhere else. It's turned into quite a "melting pot" of folks from all over.

lbragato1023 @punkinmommy wow..uve been there a long time..we moved from the town we grew up in our whole lives..our apt was in cary,nc and it sounds just like atlanta..lots of diverse people and the nc melting pot..lol..we are now in a cute developemt away from shopping..I've got a grocery store,drug store,sandwich shop and hardware store 10 min down the road..bigger stores about 25 min away or more..less temptation to go spend lots of money..I'm enjoying the quiet here

When we first moved in together essay back when, my shoes alone filled up the back of his full-sized Suburban. And that was with the seats removed. He's never gotten over it. Hahaha.
