I was reluctant to do this "meet posher" but I've met so many nice women on posh, a few I've gotten to know. So I'll make mine brief. I'm a mom, wife, hv a full time job, and spend most of little bit of free time Muay Thai training. I love it and love being active. It's my outlet. gs07ddb Awwww Kristen! always too kind & sweet! I LOVE MMA. Ive just been coasting lately...just to stay in shape but about 4 yrs ago i was really aiming to compete but work, family, etc. it was hard for me to train full time...I just couldn't put that b4 my kids. if it was about 15 yrs ago when i was single, heck ya i wouda went for it all the way. and i think im a bit too old to fight girls half my age, lol! My daughter is so sweet but i think she looks just like dad.

Running is always good. can't go wrong with that. i just have bad knees due to all of it. its such a give & take...workout & feel good about yourself but wear & tear on bod...

missktgc Really? It's almost like ice hockey on grass with a different stick and a ball instead of a puck. They blow the whistle a lot though so my fiance is not going to like that. Her first scrimmage is next week, I am so excited! I played field hockey too so it brings back memories! I miss that feeling of accomplishment after a good workout. As soon as I am cleared to workout I am going to get back in the gym!
