jackielee255 Hi Jen and Liv. I have a problem and I wonder if you could help me. I sold a vintage coat to a lady tonight and when I Got it out to pack it, I saw that there were some holes in the lining that I missed. I don't know how I missed them but I had cataract surgery a few months ago and maybe they were worse than I thought. Anyway she still wants it but I told her I would give her a discount but I don't know how to do it. I would appreciate any help. Jackie

jendawn75 @jackielee255 I would cancel the order and send her an offer for a lesser amount or simply mail a partial return with the shipment. You can always contact poshmark support for help with these situations also, it may just take a couple of days to hear back from them. It happens to all of us occasionally, I missed a stain on a dark colored item completely once. Most buyers are very understanding as long as you are willing to work with them.
