noramoscoe hi! i am sorry hear that you had a negative experience buying the vineyard vines 1/4 zip. i washed/dried the jacket before i sent it so i cant explain the wetness and i cannot explain the holes, as i never noticed any holes in the sweatshirt. i am sorry for that. i priced the jacket according to the neckline stain, as it isnt a flawlessly used jacket. i am sorry if the neckline stain wasn’t as noticeable in the pictures as it is in person. let me know if there is anything i can do. nora

siamesesaa @noramoscoe hey, I appreciate the notes. I’m not sure what there is left to do tho. I am slightly upset because of the holes when it was specifically described as “no holes” (they’re in the back part of the shirt). When I got the item, I didn’t inspect it as carefully as I should have before accepting the item because I wanted you to get paid ASAP and also I wanted to wash out the perfume scent and clean the stain off the collar.

siamesesaa @noramoscoe ...I sprayed the collar area down with the stain remover and put it in the wash right away. To me, while the amount of stain probably should have been described, I wasn’t too too upset about it cuz used clothes=used clothes. The holes just took it to a different level for me. 😢
