cfekete @thetresamigos hello- I’m so sorry about the shoes I had no idea. I’m new to Poshmark and I guess I didn’t check them closely enough. Instead of returning them can they be disposed of? I’m not sure how this all works?

thetresamigos @cfekete I understand. It happens. the only way I can get my money back is if the item is returned to the seller. You will get a message from poshmark once they make their decision.

thetresamigos @cfekete hey! So I’ve been waiting for the shipping label that poshmark usually sends to be able to return the shoes back but I dont see one. Maybe they saw that you said to discard the shoes in the messages? 🤷🏻‍♀️ So I’m going to reach out to them to make sure that’s ok to do. Do t want to discard them and them take back my money because I never returned the shoes. I’ll keep you posted!

When we accepted your offer our records showed they were in stock; however when we doubled checked they had been sold previously. We tend to block customers that encounter cancellation as we have experienced in the past retaliation on the their end when rating us on a new purchase. We truly are sorry for the inconvenience.

thetresamigos @ngamyaya I marked it shipped because I already packed it up. I always do that as soon as it’s ready to be dropped off. We might have to cancel and to repurchase. Let me put it together again, and add it to your bundle. Once you re-purchase I will cancel the original order. Let me know if that works for you.
