shellydaughe875 Caroline! Hello! I just purchased my new Doc Marten boots from you and I love them. One problem, they were marketed as size 8 and they are 9s. They are way too big for me. I have never returned a item and I am wondering what is best for you. Can you help?

caroliinescart @shellydaughe875 I am so sorry about that. I think the size 8 is the men’s sizing. You’ll need to just not accept the item and make a return and put wrong sizing and Poshmark will send you a label to send back. Sorry about that!!

caroliinescart @shellydaughe875 Oh gosh, I did not realize you had already accepted. Typically the acceptance verifies that you made sure the item was correct and if it is not, then you can dispute it. I would reach out to Poshmark and see if they can fix the issue as there is nothing I can do on my end!
