My name is Cristina. I'm a wife to an amazing guy and mom to a beautiful baby girl. We just returned to our brick and mortar house after a year on the road in a motorhome. I had somebody managing my posh inventory while we were away, but discovered a bunch of clothes and shoes that weren't listed! Everything here is from my personal closet. I've always enjoyed fashion! rastapasta78 Hello! I purchased your lovely Armani Exchange cargo shorts. Unfortunately, the shipping label address was incorrect and the shorts were sent to my old house in MN. I live in NY so this is a problem. I contacted Poshmark and they are aware of the issue but they instructed me that I should reach out to you as well. It appears that the shorts are en route back to you. I still want them so hopefully Poshmark can get you proper shipping label so you can mail them to me? Good luck on your journey!

cristina423 @rastapasta78 - Hi there. That is a huge bummer. The only problem is, we're already on the road. I have somebody managing my closet, but the address it's getting sent back to is my home address where we have tenants living. I can have them keep an eye out and forward the new label to them, but they kind of take a while to do things sometimes. :-(

janfeehan I see you are an ambassador. Have tried a couple of times to contact support with no responses. I have some legitimate concerns about this platform. Things were going well But all of a sudden my sales are zero. But followers have come in at an insane level. Sharing and liking but absolutely no sales. I am wondering what happened. Maybe since you have been with this company for awhile you can give me some insights on the sudden drop in sales and why support does not respond
