@webblo This is the only way to do a return. You should be able to select "item not as described" since the tag was missing so it's not technically NWT. I promise, the item was new, it had just been packed away a while and I didn't want you to receive an item that smelled musty. It was not my intention to mislead you at all, I hope you understand. Any steps through the return process will be through Poshmark from now on so take care ๐

And some photos or description of what you want painted and then we can go from there!๐ 95% of everything I paint is 16โx20โ canvas because itโs not to small and not to big and a standard size so itโs easy to frame if you choose to however I can paint any size from 6 inches to 6 feet so let me know!
