iheart1290 @matthew_wertz just watch your carbohydrate intake, eat more vegetables and fiber fish, avoid bread, potatoes, pasta etc drink at least 6 to 8 glasses of water, 1 before each meal, that seemed to work for me OR portion control works too, eat until you are no longer hungry not til you are full, and 5 small meals vs 3 big ones, I hope that helps. Exercise while doing all of that is a plus. It has to be a lifestyle change, avoid processed and/or junk foods. Hope you didn’t mind the info.

I moved to the middle of nowhere in western Pennsylvania from Las Vegas about a year ago and the horrible bad weather and comfort food have me gaining almost 70LB in that time. Im turning 37 this month so I’m like damn I really don’t want to be middle aged and spacious. Have a great new year
