flr123 Sorry that you weren't happy with your purchase. It wasn't dirty. I looked over it You were correct to disinfect it as all items should be when they are purchased. I shipped the next day. Shipping was delayed from the Post Office, not me. You should have received a message from Poshmark/Post Office noting that there may be a delay. I received that message. I am sorry that you are dissappointed as I recreated a new listing to offer you a discount. Nevertheless, Thank you for your purchase.

sserna @flr123 Hi, I never received any notification that package was delayed per post office as I’m updated with the usps app. I did contact post office and that’s what I was told, they didn’t have package. I have no reason to lie as I always have the best intentions for everyone. The item was in fact dirty as far as hair inside the bag, dust debris, it should’ve also been cleaned on your end. But, it happens and it’s all a learning experience for future reference. Thank you.
