tseinturier @hapaclothing abs are the hardest to maintain!! And they go away so quickly. One day of bad food choices and they vanish lol the struggle!!! Haha I'm a total foodie so that's a huge challenge for me. Judging by your pics you look incredible!! Would never guess you've had one let alone two babies! 😻

tseinturier @dfizzal oh shoot thank you 🙈🙈 with the twins i couldn't do any vigorous exercise so I monitored my food more carefully and kept it with light walks everyday then resumed a full blown workout routine 4 weeks postpartum. Maintaining my weight during pregnancy and staying active made a huge difference in how I felt after with both my daughter and my boys. I have a lot of work to do still but thanks girl ❤️❤️😘

tseinturier @trishadenaej it's no problem girl, not painful really, just uncomfortable for a few days! Stiff and sore as if you did a really gnarly chest workout. Lol I've heard stories of crazy expensive pairs but mine personally were super reasonable! I had saline first wich ran around 3k and then I switched to silicone around the 5k price range. Most places offer affordable payment plans!

I did with my daughter for 6 months with the same workout regimen and my boys I was only able to for 4 weeks before my milk dried up due to them being in the nicu I just couldn't keep up pumping without having them at home to nurse and keep my supply up. 😩 the white dress is loose in the mid section so it would be very forgiving! You can see how the fabric bundles up and has plenty of room to give.

tseinturier @dfizzal anytime you get close to pre baby weight that is a huge success girl!!! I do cardio 5/6 days a week just for a quick 20 minutes and then follow it with 30-45 min of weight training depending on how much time I have. I'm always in a rush for something lol All the typical gym equipment nothing special! Yes I can hold it no problem!

tseinturier @dfizzal it's perfect for daytime wear. It's build able for nighttime as well but I prefer studio fix for a night look with heavy coverage. But as far as an awesome lightweight foundation it's my favorite

dfizzal Aww ok thanks Beauty Taylor! Sorry just one more question lol does stay pretty well on like as in long lasting of does it seem to wear off? I just love how it looks on you! Studio fix I have used I also use the matte Lorreal one cause it literally lasts all day & night but I also mix foundations to get my right color lol

tseinturier @dfizzal thanks girl I know finding the right color is hard but with the oxygen I found it adjusted super well to my skin tone wether I had a tan or not and lasted fairly well. I wouldn't say it's an all nighter type of foundation but def will last all day

tseinturier @tdann I appreciate that! I work out 5 days a week and eat clean 90 percent of the time! The other 10 percent I leave for chocolate, burritos, sushi, and icecream. 😂

tseinturier @tdann that's really great! I do weight training mon-fri. I separate my days Into two legs and glute days, one back day, and two upper body days. I throw in ab work outs 3-4 times a week after my workouts. I incorporate some form of cardio 30-45 minutes a day. There's so many different workouts I find that the "full fitness" app is really helpful and has a ton of workouts to help you start out!!
