jeanann29 @lesliem7864 signs of being stolen? Are you kidding me? I'm a mom I would never steal. I'm utterly offended that you would even insinuate that. The sweater was a gift from my mother in law but does not fit me. It's really awful if you to accuse me of being a thief. Holes in the tag means theft? If you are unhappy with the item suddenly after your initial 5 star rating please call posh and I am happy to return your money. But accusing me of theft is honestly a terrible thing to say

jeanann29 @lesliem7864 I will personally send you the money to return the item. But to call someone a thief is just wrong. Just terrible. As far as a hole I did not see this and I do apologize. I have never had a problem ever. I understand your angry and displeased but I prefer to work this out like adults, accept my refund, my apology. But please don't accuse me of theft.

lesliem7864 @jeanann29 definitely not accusing you. But know what it looks like from working in retail. Could be a coincidence, I should have inspected sweater before the first rating. Went to wear this morning and saw holes. I can send photos of you'd like.

jeanann29 @lesliem7864 no photos are not needed. I trust you. I work 50 hours a week plus raising a baby girl- it's possible I missed the hole/s. But honestly look at my ratings I'm an honest seller. This is an honest mistake.

lesliem7864 AGAIN, I never accused you of theft, but it shows signs that a tag was ripped causing hole on side and hole to back neck line. What ever the cause, out was not perfect condition and I cannot wear.

jeanann29 @lesliem7864 is it possible after you washed it these holes appeared ? I personally took tags off, tried it on, didn't fit, and it sat in my closet for 6 months. So I'm just really trying to figure out how on earth this could have happened. Perhaps a picture is needed- not because I doubt you in anyway,but I'm very bothered by this as I've never had a stitch of negative feedback on posh or any other sites I sell on. So maybe I just need a little clarity on the damage if you wouldn't mind?

lesliem7864 @jeanann29 I had not yet washed. Just got out to try on for first time. I can show you the holes. Washing would not have created these. It literally looks like something was ripped out in two different places.
